"Help! Police!" is one of Fry's catchphrases, which he says when in danger (or assumed danger). It was admitted on the commentary to "Attack of the Killer App", in which it first appears, that is what meant as his new catchphrase.
Another one of Fry's catchphrases is "He's dead."
